Credit Usage Limits for Enterprise Users

Enterprise users can now set limits on how many credits each team member can consume over a time period.

You’ll find it under Credit Usage Limits on the billing page.

Limits are organization-wide. Each limit applies to every team member individually, preventing any single user from consuming too many shared credits.

You can also set individual limits for each team member, which will override company-wide limits. Click on the three dots next to the team member in the ‘People’ section of your billing page.

Limits are a credit amount over a time period. For example, 50,000 credits per week or 100,000 credits per month. You can set the amount of credits and the time period, from one hour to one year and the date it becomes effective from.

You can create multiple limits. For example, a weekly limit and a monthly limit.

When a user reaches a limit, only that user is affected. They won’t be able to spend additional credits until the limit re-sets, but the rest of the team can continue working as normal.

Each user can see their limit by clicking the credit balance in the top right-hand corner.

You can add, update or remove limits at any time with immediate effect.
